the persecution is still happening!
When we were thinking about the persecution Paul and the Philippian church suffered nearly 2000 years ago it reminded us that there are lots of churches around the world that are still suffering in this way and some are being imprisoned and even killed for their faith in Jesus.
Reading Philippians 4 helped us know what to pray for these people. Please continue to pray for our brothers and sister in these places around the world.

Phil 3: 2-9
Jews want us to become a Jew as well as a Christisan. Nothing of becoming a Christian needs to become a jew.
I am a Jew and I come from a Jewish family in the tribe of Benjamin. I kept the law perfectly. I am from a proud group of law keepers. I was born a Jew and belong to Jewish parents. I'm the best Jew in the world for killing Christians. I am a super Jew.
BUT
The rules are rubbish. All you need is to know God/Christ

Philippians part 2
Philippians 1 v 12 -26
I thank God because the soldiers have learnt about Jesus.
All I care about is that Jesus is known
I am hoping to get back on the road and tell people about Jesus
If I’m alive I can teach people about God and if I’m dead I’ll be with God .All over I’m not afraid because I don’t care whether I live all die.
